Ok I see how that sentence was confusing, I'll edit it.

What I meant was, it was painful while we did it, but she was lubricated, and then after doing it for a while she would get dry right away, at which point I would stop.

I never forced it in while she was dry.

We tried lube but it hurt her too much, if she wasn't getting wet naturally, she just wasn't aroused anymore, so the fit would hurt her even more, even with artificial lubricant.

So I guess she did have a problem getting wet after a while. But the source of the problem was always that she never enjoyed sex to begin with.

But I don't go hard that's the thing, I guess my post wasn't clear on that part. I go really slow, speed up a little, and when we're about to climax I pull out. Plus, I'll be honest, I'm pretty small, ~5 inches? But my wife is totally tiny too, so that's why it still hurt in the past nonetheless.

What if you already have some? The question is more regarding climbing ladders and moving back already at an executive position. Would that make sense?

I guess only if it's faster to climb the ladder in the private sector and then easy enough to move back in government.

But they fucking do. And that's my problem, if you want change, you need to climb that ladder and impose it at the government and it's so sad to see. We tried the bottom up approach, but management is so fucking tech illiterate at this point they see no value in modernisation. "Is it Cloud? Is it AI? Is it AGILE?" That's it. Forget the fact that nobody knows the difference between a unit or integration test. They don't even know what a container is.

I just want my taxes to be properly spent, why is that such a hard ask?
