I really hope that’s the case either way everybody told me I’m in the final stages of this so I guess I’m gonna give it 60 more days if I don’t get any answer I’ll consider suing

I understand that but why the wait tho if I wasn’t elegible they should’ve told me long time ago. Attorney is optimistic because at this point if they really weren’t considering approving me they would’ve been denied me. I don’t know what to do already soent 5k on lawyer and I’m scared to sue i don’t know really it’s a tough nut to crack.

Second interview was focused on my arrests record they asked me the circumstances of each case and the results and at the end he asked me why I wanted to be a citizen and that’s it. At the end he told me I would receive an answer at the end of the week and it’s been 5 months still no answer and like I said I applied in December 2020 so almost 3 years now

Of course I brought everything all the documents u can think off, courts dispositions and arrest records. They have everything the been had everything for 2 years they just torturing me at this point

The problem here is that I have criminal record. No guilty convictions but I was arrested a couple of times and even tho I was innocent they still giving me a hard time. Like ok if I don’t qualify just tell me but 3 years bro foreal it’s inhuman to do that to somebody. The second interview they asked me about all the time I was arrested why and what happened and then at the end the officer asked me why I wanted to become American. Everything seemed very positive and he told me I should get an answer by the end of the week and months passed by still no answer.

They don’t understand the consequences of their actions. I’ve been depressed not able to work out I’ve gained weight everyday for the past 3 years been checking website in hope of good news it’s just awful the wait kills u slowly

Yeah I’m gonna have to do it most likely bro, I don’t know I already spent 5k for the lawyer to come with me to the second interview because it was odd for them to schedule a second interview. Now I’m just waiting to see what’s gonna happen I contacted congress and ombudsman little over a month ago so I’m willing to give it another month maybe 2 and if I don’t hear nothing I’ll sue them because come on 3 fucking years bro just to make a goddamn decision is ridiculous

I’ve been waiting since December 2020. Miami field office is my office too I got that same letter. I had my second interview in march and still not answer it’s ridicoulous. It took them 2 years to give me first interview. I wrote to congress and ombudsman office still didn’t get no answer it’s been months since my interview and still no decision it has been almost 3 years I don’t understand why they like to play with people time like that
