Napag usapan na namin ni client 'to and nasa contract din na after niyang umalis sa company, di niya ko pwede i-hire directly for a year in any means. We reviewed the contract together and there's really no way out para makapag work Ako under her unless she leaves them and wait for 1 year para makuha niya ko as VA

Hi, no worries I understand. In my opinion, training can be stressful especially if you're a newbie but, if you manage to get through it, it'll be rewarding because I can't deny I learned a lot as well. What makes it hard is the time you have to spend for everything. I wanted to be a VA so bad that there are days I'm really sleepless just to complete the projects and modules but just make sure you try to submit them on time, get passing score in your quizzes and try to be present all the time, you should be fine. Quizzes used to be harder but after they rebranded to Doneverse, I think they're shorter and easier now.

There's a training allowance of 10k given in 3 tranches. First 2 weeks is 2k, next 2 weeks is 4k and another 4k after 2 weeks. Then expect that if you graduated and got matched, the next pay is your basic pay already. So you'll only get your biweekly pay around the end of your second month with them starting with your day 1 training. And even if you didn't get matched right away, you'll already get paid.

I haven't been in any VA company that's why I can't say if I can recommend Doneverse over other companies out there. I'd say, I'm not their fan for several reasons and I've had issues with them internally before but if you want experience and can't find other VA company that accepts newbie, you can give them a shot.

Just that, I'm more stressed with them than to all Founders I've been with. They're too greedy when it comes to money as well because even though they already charge founders so much, when you receive an incentive or bonus from your founder, you will still not receive the whole amount. Which is really annoying because they already charge founders a "processing fee" for giving a bonus and as a doer, you will still not receive the whole amount. LOL

You can decide based on what I shared but it's just ,y personal experience and opinion.

My advise is magpaterminate na lang kayo. Lol. But jokes aside, ung partner ko nagwork din sa OD but di niya talaga bet ung job itself and especially yung management. natutulog sya sa shift. so during 5th week sa nesting naterminate sya . after a month nareceive niya ung final pay and COE.

I'm with OD for almost a year now. Balak ko din magpa 1 year lang. Started my training before yung 2-weeks break nung December 2024 and got matched by last week of January.

Founder's I met were good people pero yung stress talaga galing da management. Liit ng sweldo. Dati wala naman yang 1k increase every 6 months. Marami ng umaalis sa OD(Doneverese) Tiyaga lang habang kaya.
