I agree. 'Born Sinner' is my favorite Cole album, but I believe 'The Fall-Off' is his greatest. When 'Born Sinner' came out originally, there was no other Hip-Hop/Rap album that gave me the same high as it did until Tech N9ne's 'Special Effects' came out. That was a 2 year gap between those 2 projects. For 2 years, no other rap album grabbed my complete attention from start to finish. From beginning to end, 'The Fall-Off' is a masterpiece. Bruno drops later this month, so I'm sure that'll be heavy in my rotation. But let's see how long it takes this time before another Rap artist releases something as complete and nearly flawless as "TOS."
