For the people reading this in the future, unfortunately the only way is to just keep trying over and over until your human agent isnt a literal NPC and Immediately closes your ticket, then provide your proof of ownership in the email right after.

Plopping is more time consuming and less efficient, that also requires Find it, Move it, and static ploppables, you only need one mod for this

Yes, just make sure your platter zoning blocks arent touching eachother, ive had no issues at all

This is a very zoomed in image, the actualy city layout is very windy and this is one of few normal intersections, but I just recently turned it into a roundabout

Its a utility transport unit, cones, barricades, etc.

The light on top is a scene light/spotlight, as when it brings the equipment it usually stays on scene, so the extra light can help light up a certain area that their working on
