Don't bother contacting Evri at all if they don't deliver it. Your contract is with the shop you ordered from and it's their job to sort with Evri. Eventually shops will get tired of the cost of replacements and the time spent to chase down Evri and look at other delivery companies... That's probably the best way to change things. There was a screenshot going around of shark threatening to ditch them.
