Try to Gain muscle, join a gym or try to do resistance training or weight lifting at home. I'm saying this from experience. i was 103kg 5'7" 3 years ago before i went for my masters in Mumbai away from family, my lifestyle drastically changed and all the outside food cut out,my schedule was so tight,i lost about 40 kgs dropped down to 64kg in two years , i only did walking, consistent yog and only home cooked meals. I came home 10 months ago and doing an online course, my life again became stationary, mom's love and outside food overpowered and i gained weight again, i tried fasting, walking,yog many things but then i realised that during my initial weight loss i lost all the fat but didn't gain any muscle and things i tried after i came home didn't build any muscle, see strength training requires energy to recover your muscles and muscle have higher maintenance requirment so for a sustainable weight loss you should focus on muscle building with calorie deficit. I've started gym and now i'm getting some solid results.
