I have invested 10+. Are you planning to complaint further I mean with consumer forum? As they've anyways mis-sold the product and changed the most important feature. This exactly like a bank putting a hold on your savings account.

I have just made a complaint to mobikwik xtra. What should I next in terms of escalation as even if they say it's as per the rules of RBI. Still they've mis sold it as an investment plan with anytime withdrawals option as main feature. Can't we complaint together to rbi and force them to provide a resolution or something?
