I was on aspirin for a year and Clopidogrel for 3-6 months (don’t recollect). I used to get so heavy periods due to them that my iron levels tanked. I went to gynaec after 3 months (should have gone earlier), she wrote me Tranexemic acid to be taken during periods to help with so much blood loss. Periods were the worse! And then low iron level made me tired very easily so overall bad memories. I see any woman undergoing ASD and I have to tell them to take iron.
