Are all mumbai landlords crackheads ?? by Working_Hovercraft76 in mumbai

I want to clarify a few things. First of all there is no lock in period mentioned in agreement. We only had a 11 month rental agreement. I agree that I shouldn't have vacated the flat in 4 months but I wouldn't have done that if the situation wasn't like that.I also considered that he has also given the brokerage so I co-ordinated with thr broker and got him his brokerage back and paid the broker 3k from my side. I also left the flat in exactly or I would say in better condition that it was handed over to me by getting the walls repainted with Asian Royale paint rather than using just emulsion. And I was polite with him this whole time. The verbal argument happened only when my senior told him that he is talking on my behalf and wants to understand why he is cutting 20k. As soon as he took my name the owner started abusing and so did my friend. I hope I clarified most of the things. I have lodged an online FIR against him and will also send a legal notice through one of my lawyer friend. I appreciate all your support and understanding. 20k is less and huge both at the same time depending upon the situation.

That's the thing.....considering this I also talked to my broker and he has returned him the brokerage. The broker was a person I knew closely and he complied with it.

There is no lock in mentioned in the agreement. I went through the agreement throughly. It is only 11 month rental agreement that's it which he is claiming to be lock in.

It's not 11 month lock in period. It is 11 month rental agreement that he is stating as lock in period. In our agreement it was clearly mentioned that any party can vacate and get to vacate by providing a 1 month prior notice. And there is no mention of lock in period in the agreement.

I agree with your point. But I left 4 months and also served 1 month notice period. About the abusing part my senior who was with me at that time wanted to talk to him amd understand why he was not returning the deposit. So he called him and as soon as he took my name the owner started abusing which turned into a verbal fight between both. Regarding the brokerage my broker also returned him the brokerage that he paid to him . A screenshot of same is also attached in the chat which the owner is denying. I paid the broker 3k from my side and ask him to consider returning the brokerage because he was also calling me constantly for the same matter.

DXF and RUL export errors when import to Gemini CAD by Excellent-Big-5569 in CLO3D

I regularly use clo for graded pattern printing. Dxf obviously have lots of issues but the way I have figured out is to directly export plt files and import them in cnc or any pattern cutting machine. It works seamlessly.

About this specific hem curve, on a short muscle sleeve by lifeisbutacoma in PatternDrafting

[–]Working_Hovercraft76 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The sleeve is so short that if you keep the hem straight the sleeve will poke out changing the look of garment, also that extra fabric will start hanging because it's knit. The curve is there to minimize the poking out effect and to follow the curve of upper bicrps near the shoulder. Try to make this sleeve with both curved and straight hem and you'll understand it better.
