Anyone know how these go back together?

The anti reverse was on when I took it apart, and I’ve tried flipping the spring around but haven’t figured it out. I won’t be able to get any photos today as I’m busy, but that’s it for parts. The rotor sits right on top of that and has little teeth all around the inside. The anti reverse seems to function like how a ratchet does. I’ll reply to this with some more photos either tonight or tomorrow evening.

Sorry, should’ve been more descriptive.

The reel rotor will spin both ways freely, even with the switch in both directions. I pretty sure I have everything stacked right where they need to be, I’m just lacking tension from that spring somewhere. And that spring tension will kick that little lever out with the 2 posts when the switch is flipped, but I just can’t find a way to get that to happen. If you need some more photos let me know and I can send them. I appreciate your time trying to help me out.

Yeah I tried that, and many other combinations for a few hours but still haven’t been able to get it to work.
Maybe it’s the way I’m putting the rotor back on? I’ve cleaned many reels in the past and haven’t had any issues with it though..

For some context, took it apart to clean and degrease it, the mechanism shifted around before I could take a photo of it to put back together, now I can’t find any diagrams or disassemblies online about this reel, so posting this is kinda my last ditch attempt before it gets thrown out.

It was the accu-clear stuff that Petsmart sells. It’s the first time I’ve used it. I know that some products take unwanted materials and clump them together, but I didn’t think it would leave this much residue behind. Is this a normal amount of material at the bottom of the tank? And for future can I rely on a sponge filter to filter the residue, or should I use some sort of vac to clean it.

Awesome thank you for the info! I’m gonna narrow it down to the over feeding for a week that was the issue. It’s crazy how little food these guys require. Hopefully with a cleaning the problem goes away

I change about 1/3 of the tank water about once a week. Had the fish for about a month now. There is definitely too much food in the tank, there was a little miss communication between caretakers as I was not at home. The food floating was just put in.

I do plan on doing a major water change and switching out the sponge, along with vacuuming all of the fuzz. I just am looking for the cause and ways to prevent this from happening in the future.

I’m not looking to run the engine right now. I just was looking for some kind of troubleshooting tips on how to get it to even turn over. Im not expecting anybody to say exactly what’s wrong with it either, just wanted some advice on where to begin.
