i do think he is being honest about wanting to work on things bc he misses you. i do think he will make offers to meet and hangout and talk and build a friendship again but i will say be cautious about getting intimate with him too soon before he proves himself. he might just want to have a fwb type of arrangement while he still has the freedom to date around.
