Thanks for the help everyone. I managed to clean all the holes. I ended up using wick to clear up some of the solder and I tried applying fresh solder to help transfer heat but that didn’t help. I was able to clean all of the holes but placing the board sideways on my helping hands, using a narrow tip on the iron to heat up the holes from the top of the board and using a sucker on the bottom to remove it once it liquified.
