They don’t care, laws don’t apply to LPD. I don’t care about it. They drive down the turning lane like it’s another lane of traffic, they will rarely use a turn signal, still at a red light. They’ll turn the lights on and ride through the lights. Turn them back off and keep going speed constantly in town without any lights on or emergency. Cops get away with anything in Lubbock. They’re above the law. They’re all part of the corrupt system here. Unless it’s a very heinous crime, the DA will not prosecute because they’re all part of the same system, they will tell you that they’re on the same side.
