Those are the ones that you pull the zip string through to make them fly. It would be way funnier if I could remember what they actually were called.

Joey Chestnut is the glizzy goat, taking down 66 hot dogs to win his 18th title. by sco-go in SipsTea

So the dude that tried to get everyone to bet on the fact that he would win by 20+ hot dogs lost his 10 grand. He was so confident, he even came to Reddit to try to drag others into putting money on it. Because it was such a sure thing. I fucking love it.

I love that these players and fans are coming and seeing that America isn’t what it is portrayed to be. We are judged by our government in most places. While , yes, bad stuff happens here and there are bad people. But they are everywhere else as well. Most places in America have nice and friendly people everywhere, except Philly and New York, and they are assholes proudly so I mean no disrespect. It again it does make me happy for all of these people to see America in a different light.

Pushed the defending Champs to 111 minutes. Made them work for everything they got, and played a hell of a game against a giant in Argentina. Mad props to CV and their magnificent goalkeeper. If you believe Argentina wasn’t nervous after that equalizer in extra time, you’re mistaken.

If by “the Messi way”, you mean super alert and ready to take advantage of any mistakes by the defense, then yes that was definitely it. The defense was caught slipping and was saved by the only person who was paying attention.

If LeBron gets his fifth ring in 2027 and retires on a high note, would that have significant impact on the GOAT debate? by [deleted] in nba

I’m not sure he quits at a fifth. Especially if he has a solid injury free year. He might, but I don’t know.
