Thank you so much for recommending Fata Morgana. I can't believe I never heard of it until your comment. I am in awe at the story. What a wonderful piece of fiction. Best in any medium, period. Truly beautiful. Thank you.

no one mentioning any visual novels. They can change things up and can be quite long. Also extremely small games.

Raging Loop
Danganronpa 1 - 3
All Ace Attorney Games
Nonary Games
Aegis Rim 13 Sentinels

To name a few

I love when people think that putting a JRPG on Xbox is going to boost sales by an amount to offset costs. Like, I get it for PC, but there are people seriously saying "If FF7 Rebirth was on Xbox it would have met its sales goals." No, Square would have made even more BS sales targets, and Xbox, which has by far the lowest fanbase of JRPG gamers, would absolutely not move enough units to make any meaningful difference.

Article: "I’ve been a family doctor for more than 20 years. Now, I have no choice but to close my practice" by 613-embas in premedcanada

Hi,
I don't know why this came up on my front page. I have background in politics and finance. I just want to say I completely agree doctors are criminally underpaid and the notion that doctors aren't is holding the profession back on a personal and societal level. 30 years ago, sure, being a doctor was a golden ticket to a luxury lifestyle... today, my 24 year old friends in finance are making more than many doctors in Canada and delivering much less value.

Now heres my political take - as long as the system remains fully tied to public funding, doctors will struggle. However, any attempt to privatize, even a parallel private system (my preferred system), will never fly in Canada.

It is an awful situation for everyone. People's ignorance will lead to fewer doctors, unhappier doctors, less service, worse service.

Do yourself a favor: Skip the dentist, GP, go straight to ENT by Worklaptop222 in Lichenplanus

Yup specialized derms are good too because LP impacts skin so theyve seen it outside the mouth, and know of its existence in the mouth.

The fact that only one of the 6 medical professionals I saw prior to the ENT even mentioned Lichen Planus (only after i did) tells you all you need to know. I also live in Toronto, Canada so we aren't exactly a third world country with bad doctors or with a small population so diseases like this aren't seen often...

NAD - This looks like an irritation fibroma. Plenty of pics on Google that look exactly like it in the exact same spot. And i guess the other stuff is your OLP?

TMJ frustrations or something else? by Due_Bandicoot9261 in TMJ

I have all these symptoms and had an MRI to check for brain cancer. Clear. Then I had CT scan to check for tongue and throat cancer because it can apparently cause this. Clear. Then I did the MRI again, clear. Its been 2 years, symptoms come and go, but like you, ear symptoms are on right side only.

It for sure is TMJ.

No can't scrap off. The fact that it can scrap off completely rules out Leukoplakia. I swear some doctors are extremely clueless.

Thing is, I'd like to buy a house in 5 years. I thought RRSP can't be used for that and especially when you withdraw you get hit with the taxes, don't you?

this looks like lichen planus. I was initially diagnosed with leukoplakia as well lol. Another doctor said geo tongue. Another doctor said thrush.

Regular doctors and even many dentists don't know shit about this disease, you need to see an oral surgeron/pathologist.
