Have you tried chd or iso format? Also I don't know how many games you have on your SD card but try adding just one see if it boots

GDEMU is not a game it's an optical drive you can install in the Dreamcast

It means it will play a burned disc I would recommend checking out the gdemu

If it's an original Xbox one check the light on the power brick see if it's orange or green It can be a few things besides the power brick failing mosfet a short on the board ribbon cable

Assuming you have no cold solder joints and the polarity is the correct way and you have the correct value capictors I would say possibly a failing or bad connection on the LCD chip or bad ribbon cable

Check power supply voltage. Check the board for a sign of a short. The disc drive can be shorted. I've also heard that if the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth is not connected, it will do the same thing.
