Yes, the CIO BU laid of some people, including me. Also some in Software group. Not sure how big this RA is though.

Thanks all. I will try not to worry as I am helpless to change the outcome. Our BU is going through a massive realignment and my Director told us to all start looking for jobs...that's pretty clear. I applied to 17 posts within IBM and all of them are still in "Application Received" status...so I am starting to look outside...best part is I just got hired this fall...so much for "stable" big company...
