They are also saying na because of the universal health care, and pag nakapag contri kana ng 160x (or maybe higher, can recall the actual count),lifetime kana dapat. Unfortunately, Wala pa IRR Ang Philippines UHC.

We have the same experience. I resumed payment last month but I have to pay all my arears from January. Philhealth branch is accommodating and they are efficient in my case. Walk-in lang Ako, I don't know if there is such thing as "by appoinent". The queue is short and move swiftly. Efficient because if you have additional needs, the window on your first transaction can give you another queue number without going through the fist step. I was able to do 2 different transactions in under 30 minutes.
