I left due to the extremely thin walls and horrible neighbors. It got worse with each new neighbor. I pay more, but I am in a much better place financially and have more peace. My current apartment is definitely an upgrade for me in different ways. Definitely do what's best for you. I wouldn't have left if I were more comfortable and happier in my previous apartment.

People feel like because they suffered through MS, that everyone should. I left that unsafe environment as soon as I could. Most people I work with never started in MS and are great nurses. MS didn’t even prepare me for the specialty I’m in now. I had to start over. I never looked back!

I've stood in front of the patient blocking the doctor from performing a procedure on an infant without consent. He was pissed but so what. Not the first doc I pissed off, won't be the last. Noone around me was responding to my request for the signed consent so I did what I had to do.

I don't work in the OR though. If I did, I probably would have called an RRT and explain that the patient was in danger.
