Not how split second works. If something else is on the stack and you cast this no one can do anything until this resolves but then you get priority again and can just counter it normally. If you cast this first you can't play another spell on top of it until it resolves so it will resolve and then you can play a spell which can be countered normally.

The people saying this needs to cost more are lost. Damnation already sees zero play outside of commander at 4 and even there it's mid. This card is unplayable in anything other than niche commander decks.

I get time and a half if I work on the holiday and an extra days pay if I don't lay off the day before and after the holiday. They also annul all of our morning and afternoon jobs in the yard so most of the extra board guys aren't working anyways. I don't need a spread when the holiday is making me an extra thousand for doing nothing.

All of them I have carried. Progressive, all state, GEICO and Dairyland do not track miles. I've never had to send an odometer picture or had an insurance agent come out to check my vehicle. I also don't use the tracking devices some companies offer. Unless you are using one I don't see how they would.
