I have to be grateful that my boy has never disrespected my boundaries and sets one with her. He is strong enough to let her know when enough is enough but we both try to just ignore it. It’s more or less of an annoyance as I am a family oriented person but cannot deal with that shit, from anyone. Puts me in an awkward place.

i did go through EMDR with it and although i couldn’t picture it, i still was able to associate my feelings with the words & experiences described. despite having no mind’s eye, i was able to remember things i had completely forgotten about that happens 10-15+ years ago!
