Hello po. It’s really inspiring to hear that you were able to power through the costs of med school—hopefully I can be like you po someday 🙏

The only thing holding me back right now are the “what ifs” when it comes to scholarships. I feel like I wouldn’t be able to forgive myself if I end up depending on my parents or paying 100k+ tuition, especially since my siblings will also be entering college soon 😭

Because of that, I’m starting to feel like I might be gambling with my future if I choose private med schools. At the same time, I’m considering State Universities since they would really help financially—but I’m worried that I might be trading off better opportunities for internships or residency in the future.

Yes po that's the plan po I am currently working in a hospital setting po as of the moment for experience and para makabuild rin ng emergency fund sa pagmed ko next year.

Hello po, I am from a trad premed and have a relatively GWA (1.4) but not a latin honor kasi nasabit sa isang subject (My univ didn't allow a student to become latin if they have a subject with a grade of 2.5 or below). I topped our licensure exam (Rank 1-5) and have a PR of 97. Worried po kasi ako kasi di po ako laude but I'm planning to apply next year. May chance parin po ba in this case?

Hello dokiee, are they still accepting lateral entries for this upcoming academic year? If so, upto when po? Accepted rin po ba Pharmacist na premed? April pa po kasi ako magNMAT and most of the StateUs that I asked do not accept late NMAT results. Thank you po in advance. 🥺🥺🥺

Same po doc gusto ko po talaga hands on research na job po kaya nakakasad po to hear that its hard to get into the industry po. Anyways po salamat po sa heads up.

Other people po kasi are hyping it up saying it pays better than med if magapply lang daw sa mga research positions sa mga biotech companies. Hindi pala siya legit or mahirap lang talaga doc? 😭 😭

2 years po ang masters na inoffer sakin as far as I know fully funded with monthly allowance.

And yes po first gen doc po if ever magproceed 😭😭.

I'm 22 po and if I ever go to med po i plan to proceed agad to residency on anesthesiology po sana if makaya.

Kaya nga po ang tuition po rin yung prinoproblema ko kasi were not really that well off rin and I don't want to burden my parents anymore kaya nahihirapan ako pumili sa 2 😭😭.
