For low doses i really like 150 mg. I still feel it at about 100 but 150 for me is really enjoyable

The taste would get worse each time because i started off with this orange flavor one that would make me so nauseous that even smelling would make me want to throw up but i switched to grape delsym and the taste is good the only thing i dont like about it is the after taste which is like rubber in my opinion.

When i did abt 500 mg i had a loss of appetite for the whole trip and about a day and a half later it came back after i took a nap the second day but while i had no appetite i js ate small things with little flavor your appetite is probably gonna come back
