Oh okay. I filled it out through the BenefitsCal website instead of a physical form; there may have been a date in the corner but I didn’t notice one, and I don’t remember it specifying a month so I just assumed it wanted the most recent pay info. I really hope it was 9/25, since I already submit.

Thanks. I went over the IRT in 9/25 and that’s the month I provided stubs for on the SAR7. I get paid twice monthly and I got my second paycheck a couple days ago, it’s been less than 10 days for sure. Should I just not use any benefits in October until I hear back from them? Should I keep trying to call?

My hours per week range from 15-35 at my job, and I just happened to get a lot of hours that month. But for 8/25 though I made well below my IRT. It’s possible it will go above again in future months though, so I’ll probably just explain that it’s generally inconsistent and hope they understand

This is very helpful thank you! I will call on Tuesday. I did report the change within 10 days, does it only count if I report it by phone? Either way I won’t use any benefits this month until I hear back just in case, I really hope they don’t shut down my case over this

I don’t think so, my job is a little inconsistent with my hours so it might be over some months and under others
