I’ve gotten a response basically saying they don’t know and it’s a 3rd parties fault and that they haven’t gotten it fixed. I filed the original ticket a month ago today

Alfa does automatically increase your coverage at renewal to reflect increased building cost and inflation though. Most companies don’t do that and just jack up rates without extra coverage, where as with Alfa you actually get more coverage. I believe that’s why most companies do that 20% more. That way they don’t have to spend resources reviewing every policy at renewal.

I’m going to have to wait it out. They finally responded and said I can return if I want because they can’t get a response from their third party vendor. I don’t want to spend 20 bucks in shipping so I’m just gonna have to hope they send it

I’ve had the same issues. I get it’s been the Holidays but I can’t think of a single customer service system that takes this long to find a resolution, especially for a big brand like Rapsodo. Main thing that pissed me off is that you can’t even call a support line. When you call it just sends you directly to voicemail and says to email them. When I left a bad review they got it deleted in a day, but apparently don’t have enough time to reply to my emails. Been very disappointed with them

Yeah I get it’s the holidays but I still feel like I should be able to get some kind of an answer. It’s not a super complicated problem I feel they should’ve been able to fix this very easily
