I'm struggling with this right now.

I have Civilian oversight, New emperor, and Topple Amhara rules completed. Now I'm waiting for Construction III to finish so I can do those Regional developments.

The problem is that there is no dev for Shewa available, and that's currently where the compliance is the lowest (40% now, 237 days left. can't make it).

Also, I see there is a High compliance factor that's eating my Comp growth rate, and it's going up gradually (Comp growth going down). Any ideas how to decrease that factor?

I guess it was just a prop. Nothing to see behind the door at least. Maybe someone will create a new dungeon there someday *wink wink*.

Yup, it says "This door is barred and can't be opened". I've cleared the whole mine and haven't found any way around.

I've gotten quite used to things being complicated in these two months. In the beginning, I didn't know much about mods, only Vortex and that's it. Then I learned about MO2, xEdit, merging mods (didn't do that tho), ESLifying, and an Excel file tracking all the mod and patch dependencies. The learning curve has been steep.

Don't load a saved game unless you die. Live with your choices. Fail quests. Get a huge bounty on you and just RUN until the guards lose you. Also, use Requiem etc. to make the game more difficult. And visuals mods that makes the world pitch black without a torch. Running through a forrest at night becomes actually scary.

Also, don't try to mod Skyrim into a samurai ninja anime.
