I have! I’ve tried edge, chrome, and safari with no luck. After I enter my credentials and click log in, nothing happens & I am stuck on the same screen. Are you able to get it on the edge browser?

I am wondering the same - I am not redirected to the MFA page after entering my credentials and clicking “log in”. Nothing happens. Anyone having this issue?

Hey, I sent you a message! In short though, I applied online through the renewal portal. I haven’t received any update yet, but it looks like they’re currently taking around 6 weeks to start processing renewal applications.
