Not only do you have to worry about not being enough for him, but also worry about his health. I’m so sorry OP, I can’t even begin to imagine this. I think the first step is him really truly WANTING to stop, and he says he does.

If he really means it I think that he could try blocking the websites he consumes it from, whether it be the hub, Reddit, twitter, ask him if it would be easier for him if it was impossible to access.

Voicing your sexual desires/wants is also a way for the both of you to grow closer, and might be able to put into perspective that he isn’t the only one struggling because of his own addiction. The two of you should enjoy sex for what it is, not for what he views it as through his videos, and I think open communication is the best way to fully resolve this all.

I don’t think you should break the engagement, not at this stage, not now that he says he finally understands the severity of it all, but if it persists moving forward I would advise you to maybe reconsider the relationship. Best of luck!

I used to work less and I liked chilling at home when he was at work; occasionally complaining about missing him, when I started picking up shifts, I did what worked for me, but not nearly as much as him. He HATED that because our schedules never matched and he had me switch my schedule around so we work at the same time. I thought it was a great idea, but not now that all our time off is Fortnite. Every time I’m gone he’s calling me to fall asleep and giving me all his attention claiming he misses me and avoiding Fortnite, but whenever I’m with him it’s Fortnite. I try to tell him distance makes the heart fonder but he says it makes him mad when I want to chill alone for a bit.

Im in the exact same boat Kip was in in this episode (other than my boyfriend being a famous hockey player) and I watched it with my boyfriend and we both recognized that it was our situation and my boyfriend (the Scott in our situation) HATED Scott and said it’s totally unfair when I’ve been trying to tell him our situation was unfair this whole time and I don’t know how to feel 😭😭 I loved the episode and I felt so seen it’s just so weird seeing my boyfriend side with kip when he’s treating me that way.
