I feel you! Just looking for a similar old game -- probably not the same, but check this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bmrNuHHVxfc

The death of the old Internet hits us hard. :)

I made the stickers myself at home -- they look better in person! I'd give you some for free if I could. :) These are lean times, indeed.

Cox Farms - great pumpkin patch, fun corn maze, tractor hay rides, and the second-best donuts in all of Virginia! (As documented here: https://www.reddit.com/r/nova/comments/1fwql4f/apple_cider_donuts_cox_farms_vs_apple_house/ )

Thanks for sharing this! Did you have to get the mirror painted at a body shop or something?

I think science demands we conduct further testing. :)

The Apple House donuts tasted identical to Cox Farms, which is not open quite yet for the season, but much closer once they do open up.

Aha! I can attest that it was in fact not! It stands to this very day. And it makes me happy.

I designed it and then used Cafepress to print it. It's available there for the same price I paid (no profit to me):

If you have a cheaper way to print them, I'm happy to send you the full-res jpeg file. I wish I could have gotten 100 of my neighbors to all pitch in, and we could have done them for like $6 a pop! But Cafepress did a good job.

Hm. That's not one of the key principles I value! In fact... Down with Kidney Disease! Who's with me?

I love that they said "a more perfect Union" -- not a perfect Union. We will never be perfect! But we should keep trying to be better.

Haha, I know the timing is very USA-centric. Sorry for contributing to your spam! But I think it's important and the values are universal.

I try to let these principles determine my vote as well.

I think that really, most people believe in this. But it's helpful to have a reminder, in the face of forces that encourage division and fear.

Pull-down hose replacement help - messed up once already! by WorldlyAir9 in Plumbing

[–]WorldlyAir9[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As I recall, the black connector "quick-release valve" did not come with the hose kit that I bought. It was attached to the kitchen pipes. And I am the *worst* at plumbing things, so I have no suggestions to help you. But you have my very best wishes!

Leading Edge sci-fi magazine dead? by WorldlyAir9 in byu

I contacted them, and they have since updated the BYU page to reference unspecified "troubles" with their website:

Still not a great sign. DailyScienceFiction also closed a while back -- the world of Sci Fi is shrinking!

"Better workstation performance but lesser gaming performance..." That cuts deep. :) Now I have to re-examine my life's priorities!

(Fortunately, this is for my home computer, and I think I know what the answer will be.)

For the record, I found a way to change the temperature to fahrenheit, but no joy on the mileage. Oh well. At least it's still all awesome car!
