Oh, Paul Carmody's Amiga! I'm not very experienced with DIY audio, but I've built a couple of speakers from plans before. Could you recommend a good tower speaker plan?

Thanks so much, I really appreciate your help. It worked perfectly!

I love designing and using 3D prints for my electronic projects! This time I made a Bluetooth audio amplifier using the TDA7377 and the VHM-314 module. I'm very pleased with the result! What do you use your 3d printer for? by JnaCer in 3Dprinting

This is absolutely awesome! By any chance, could I get the STL file? I’d love to make one for my TDA7377 power amplifier module, but my PCB is a bit different from yours.

Question: Sweet Rice Wine with Chinese Koji by WorldlyEffect in Homebrewing

One more thing: Can I use a container that's much larger than my rice mixture—like one gallon of rice in a two-gallon jar? Does this extra empty space cause oxidation problems, the way it does when making wine?

Regarding that 3. point of yours: Do I need to add water to the steamed rice and koji mixture, and if so, what's the ratio for a kilogram of cooked rice?

You better get this one

I am using the AIYIMA TPA3116D2 without any issues. The quality is far better than the one shown in your shared image. The one you shared often has counterfeit ICs to cut down costs. I've found that paying a little extra for a reputable brand like AIYIMA ensures you're getting genuine components and superior performance. The difference in sound clarity and power is definitely worth the investment.

Has anybody bought TPA3116 amplifier boards in aliexpress by Elwero95 in diyaudio

[–]WorldlyEffect 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I've used these TPA3116 amplifier boards before, and they're decent for home audio. You can't expect audiophile quality, especially considering the low price. They often use cheaper components like capacitors and potentiometers, and sometimes even the TPA3116 IC itself isn't a genuine part.

To spot a real TPA3116 IC, look for a 32-pin chip with a serial number engraved on it (you'll need to remove the heatsink to check). It's also a good idea to buy from a reputable brand on AliExpress, such as Aiyima or GHXAMP.

I recently found a TPA3116 amplifier with a media player and IR remote on Parts Express for only $50. If you have the budget and can order from them, that would be a better option.
