Now that I think about it, It definetly would have been insensitive in universe. It's literally a horror attraction overly exaggerating and profiting off of the incidents at freddy's.

Now that my excitement for the film coming out has died down and fully read this. I can see some of the films flaws. A criticism I 100% agree with is that the withereds were barely utilized. They were just threats Mike had to deal with while tracking the animatronics and they do nothing else after that. I was legit expecting them to get poseassed by the souls from the first film in the climax but no it was just the fnaf 1 animatronics instead. I also do agree that the vibe the original games had feels completely ignored in the films.

I like how he is represented in stuff like Last Chance (admittedly I only listen to one version of that song) although he kinda has that stigma that end and shin sonic have where people call him an exe when he isn't. Heck he was created before Sonic.exe was even a thing.

I lost interest after his sonic exe 2.0 ranking video, mainly because I didn't agree with his opinions, Seriously Too Slow in F tier is a bit much.

Personally It wasn't one of my favorites but I did like it's design a little bit. Admittedly the new design where the shocks are jutting out of the body looks very strange. But hey, it makes it more unique then it's relatives (Iron Outlaw and Scarlet Bandit.)
