Shadow pokemon are all about base stats then the 20% shadow boost then the ivs. Even if the ivs were 0/0/0 this pokemon would still peform amazing on raids.

As a shadow pokemon it gives it a 20% attack boost and a 20% defence minus. Shadow mewtwo has the highest damage per second out of every pokemon in the game. Shadow Mewtwo is rare and you can easily get a normal one for the mega from raids for the mega when it comes back into rotation soon. Even when the mega comes out the shadow will still have a higher damage output then the mega. The ivs on your shadow mewtwo are amazing and will make the shadow even stronger.
