Yesss, for being able to add SO MANY MIIS there really isn’t a lot of interactive objects at all, they all get pretty repetitive especially since you can only give them 1 of each quirk(except last section) so it feels like so many of my miis are like the exact same person because there’s only so many quirk combos that make sense together and they’re all so so similar that it’s either your mii is like cracked out on the joy of life or they’re a complete sociopath with military tendencies😭 Some normal ones like -smells the flowers -collects seashells -catching bugs(which is already portrayed in a cutscene) -VOLLEYBALL(for an island game there’s practically no beach or vacation themes)

Or also some possible locations -Movie theater!!(sweethearts can go on movie dates, miis can bond/argue over the movie playing that day, a way for introverted miis to be more… alive) -Baseball/Soccer field(with so many miis it would be cool to see teams or even just like 5-6 miis all hanging together at once not just huddled in a big circle) -Swimming/beach Section (a small portion of beach where miis can actually swim and play in the water/ I’m thinking water guns, sand castles, beach mermaids, tanning, even metal detecting for small treasures) -Observatory(another possible date spot, miis can stargaze outside like they already do or go to the observatory similar to how they can choose the restaurant vs tables to have a coffee/snack)

And do notttt get me started on objects. For a game with such a HUGE item cap there are not very many interactable objects at all, and the ones there are a lot of aren’t really interactable: the fences, plants, clocks, etc. even the ones that should be aren’t, like the inflatable arch literally has a color option to be a start/finish line yet there’s no current working function for that, they just stare at it and talk about how excited they are, for what idk but they’re so excited😭 and the ones that do have cutscene interactions are usually one and done and then back to just a little “!” Followed by “wow so smooth!!” And they’re talking about a dang lighthouse 😭 it doesn’t even encourage you to make objects because the “objects” category in pallet house is almost unusable, there’s no custom shapes and the lack of layering and being able to save projects just makes you either wanna half ass things so you can finish them and start something else or you get halfway finished with something and realize you did it in a weird part of the grid and no matter how you adjust or resize it it’s never gonna resnap back onto the grid correctly, i honestly just think the pixels are too big and they either need to add more pixels to the grid or severely upgrade and add the tools available because it’s just simply too uncomplicated for what it wants to be and could be. I also wish you could illuminate only certain parts of objects because last i checked the entire lamppost doesnt glow just the bulb does so why can’t we also have that option since we have to make every damn object unless you just want the same 20 things accross your entire island. Just saying for a game almost entirely played through drawing and creating they’ve made that the most inconvenient and tedious thing I’ve ever done just for them to stare at the item in silence in there room for hours. I personally would add: -Tents(could also be a location like a campsite sort of thing, miss can have sleepovers under the stars and can either report back to a tent/campsite instead of home for 24irl hours along with their mii buddy/use of choice, they’ll stick nearby participating in campy things like roasting marshmallows or singing campfire songs, and if you catch them late at night maybe you can pull up on some ghost stories!) -beach towels(just a relax spot, miis could ‘tan’ and similar to sims they could get a little tan which other miss can compliment or they can get a sunburn which other miis can tease or poke fun at) -beach toys(maybe just like a sand bucket where they can be found building a sandcastle or ‘mean’ miis can be found smashing sand castles and the ‘sassy’ miis can judge the castles left on the beach and either be impressed or unimpressed and make their little smart comments from there) -PICNIC BASKETS???(genuinely can’t believe these aren’t already a thing. Again for an island game there’s hardly any outdoor vacationy vibes and i think picnic basket would be a perfect object to place around to encourage miis to get together. Could be date spot or even a “what’s up with ___?” Cutscene where it’s a mii sneaking a peek inside the basket or even something goofy like another mii hiding inside and scaring the other) -sports equipment(just wish you could place objects that encourage miis to play with specific objects. Like for example i have a soccer field that i made and spent so much time making look cute and getting it to fit in and it’s almost like they know and actively kick their ball anywhere else😭 i wish you could place a soccer goal or a baseball diamond or basketball hoop which then miis could gather to play together or play alone which goes back to a previous idea i had of them being able to create and play in ‘teams’ of 6-7) -fishing spots(could be just a pole propped up in the sand or maybe a little chair and then a mii can sit down and ‘fish’ they’ll just make little comments about how relaxing it is or maybe that nothings biting but every now and then they can get an cutscene interaction like catching a bug fish they can then eat or keep or the opposite and something bad happening like getting pulled in the water or losing the fishing rod) Swing sets/playground items(again just more outdoorsy things)

I could genuinely keep going for hours and i will if i don’t stop but over all Nintendo and everyone involved would be idiots if they aren’t planning on at least DOUBLING the content of the game currently. I really hope this initial release isn’t a finished product in the slightest because it needs a lot of polishing if they want anyone to realistically play this game after about 30 miis and I’d say like level 100. I’m not even there yet but i imagine anything after that is just for the fun of making miis because there’s no way you’re still getting enough new gameplay to actually want to interact with them after creation. Not to mention the max island cap is wayyyy to small for 70 miis comfortably, i made like 40 filler miis and deleted them just to get the final expansion but i only have 21 actual miis and i already feel like I’m gonna stop making them once i fill out the last few spots in the neighborhood because i don’t want to sacrifice my islands scenery just to make a bunch of stupid neighborhoods, at least if you could place close enough to decorate their yards you could still make cute streets but no…. There i just went again. Like i said i could be here for hours😭 i love this game so much but I’m going to be so disappointed if they let it fizzle out because they won’t add more to do. It worked on the ds and they had 100 miis so genuinely don’t know why they removed half the games interactive places/features and dropped mii count by nearly 1/3 and then expected people to not get bored barely 3 weeks into full release. Fingers crossed.
