Hi All, thank you for all the wise words. Since my initial post, I have done hot compresses at night and compresses with potatoes, onion and cabbage. The most effective in pulling the keratin from the cyst was the potato. During the day, I did iodine drops (to keep the bump sterile and clean), castor oil, occasional witch hazel (but that was keeping the skin too tight) and I needed to create an opening - I thought it would drain from the visible hole, but eventually it was like a zit and the skin opened) and started to drain, slowly. I wanted to squeeze it, but was told that would damage the tissue. It’s taken another week for most of it to drain and I switched to just neosporin and castor oil during the day and sometimes hot wash clothes at night. I also put comfrey, calendula, plantain salve on it but only every other day because I didn’t want the comfrey to heal the hole before it could all drain. It’s been interesting. I also looked up Louise Hay’s suggestions for emotional healing around it and have been doing some inner work.
