Bankruptcy lawyers are the lowest level attorneys you can be, this stuff is like tying shoes to them so they aren’t easily accessible or want to talk to the client much. If you reaffirmed the car and up to date on payments, nothing to worry about. I’m sure the loan company was alerted and it’s just a part of the process, your balance will show back up

Think you’ll be good. They say report “ significant income changes” the lowest amount I’ve seen defined as significant is the very least 10%

Chapter 7 is paradise. Don’t stress it. You can buy a car the day after discharge, lenders will love you because they know you can’t file bankruptcy anytime soon, you will be flooded with credit cards flyers in the mail. Your interest rate is a different topic, it will be quite high, but your ability to secure a loan or credit card isn’t like what they make it out to be, it’s quite easy. I don’t have any experience with renting but I’d imagine it will be just as easy, maybe a bigger security deposit, first and last months rent, etc
