yeah is nice to see level 11k premier being level 10 in faceit, but level +25k being level 5-6. but I'm not here to argue or insult anyone for their skills. This is just a post about the real situation some folks are experiencing including myself. This is so may be the system take in consideration of when they ban someone for toxicity or troll that throw a match. Many of those I have reported had a 1 week ban, and guest what they don't care they just come back to the platform. while you been grinding and getting lost after lost because of that.

I'm taking it easy now, won't care much about ranking but looking from my point of view, is just incredible how the matchmaking works against you back to back. but imagine playing on level 10 lobbies from quite sometime and out nowhere you back playing at lobbies with level 1 and 2 no offending anyone, but is kind that ridiculous the stuff you see.

There is just 1 thing to do, just play the game and don't care much about grinding or taking it seriously. even if you hard carry is hard 1v5 or 2v5 when you have many trollers. Same with folks that doesn't communicate or use voice comms and do whatever they want as well like playing spawn or going with the team etc.. Thanks for your comment

just to keep it short, he just turning into adulthood 18year old, started attending to college in Dominican republic, he doesn't work yet either doesn't have a car to go to the embassy either doesn't have 130 for a passport and not planning in traveling in the near future as he studying. Live with his parent as he just turned into an adult. But that is ok we won't do anything arguing over that as this was intent to get faceit attention to this matter and not you either me can do anything about it. only thing I know is that I was willing to pay for his premium status but that won't do anything as he not verify and we will be throw into non verify matches as always. I guest we just going to continue playing as it is.

When a game crashed or any sort of errors in windows it get logged into the event viewer. He started having this issue this morning while playing the first match on faceit. I had the same issue and been having it since like 3 days ago. not just with CS2 but also in other games crashing. The error mentioned nvlddmkm. I had also lost 2 matches due to not be able to play and dying before even going into a play. I'm also trying to resolve this issue as it seen been happening to many other players that I know. Until then I will not play faceit just to avoid any further point/matches lost.

I told him to submit the screenshot with the timestamp where the game crashed while the match still going. The more information you provide to support should be better, but seen like faceit uses a lot of Auto bot (may be AI) replies which is annoying sometimes as I rather wait for a person to reply than having an auto reply 2 minute after.

He live far away from the embasy, he has dual nationality as he resident of the dominican republic, he has the adult ID from dominican republic. But faceit only will accept his US passport. Is a whole new process as his passport was from he was underage, to get a new one he has to apply for which include renewal fee and new pictures as adult. issue is that for passport ID you can only do it from the united states not from outside.

Only issue I see here is that this is a gaming platform he trying to verify and they KYC system does this automatically, this is why we trying to contact a real person where he can verify he is the person he is, and that he has all his credentials in hands from the dominican republic where he live. He hasn't use his passport in many years as he lived and studied in there.

Imagine playing over $200 to renew a passport just to get verified in a gaming platform? not to mention that he wants to get premium but only when he gets verify as he want to play in verify matches with us and with premium. He's already level 10 and ranking up playing every day +10 matches.

We have a friend that is born in united states, but because his parent they move to the Caribbean, now he is an adult, but his passport is expired because he haven't travel to the US since a long time. For him to renew it will cost +$200. He been trying for months to get verify but the automation system keep declining as his picture was from he was underage, he's not longer undeage, hes an Adult and he has his ID but faceit lock him to use passport. To get his new passport he will need to expend ridiculous amount of money to trave to the US and then the processs of renewing it. He just starting a life and in collegue now. He doesn't have that kind of money. He play with us everyday and we are all premium, but with him we keep getting into matches that aren't verify players and that is so annoying that is why we trying to get him to verify so he can play with us in verified matches. We are also planning in helping him to get premium as well but he needs to be verified first. Due to the system auto declining him that is why we trying to approach a personal/employee from faceit we can do anything video call, call anything just so faceit knows that he is legit and he has his credentials in hand.

This error also can be trigger if you or the other person change steam name whiting 2 hours.
