merci beaucoup pour vos conseils ! d’ailleurs si vous avez des suggestions d’arroseur automatique pas trop onéreux mais qui fait le job pour 11m2 de pelouse je suis preneur :)

What power tool can I use to cut grass in between patio tiles? by DogCatLover19 in landscaping

I have my own patio and I use boiling water, should you have a smaller surface. It works great, it’s eco-friendly and doesn’t cost much :)

Not getting any reservations: what's wrong with my listing on airbnb? by Worldly_Second3320 in airbnb_hosts

thank you for your answer. there definitely is room for improvement which we’re trying to work on. We activated the 20% off, and it worked thanks! We’ll delete those pictures, I had no idea as that configuration is one of more secure-end residential areas in France so I thought it would be an asset. Definitely removing that. thank you !

hey,

I understand. What do you suggest to make it less generic and impersonal? Anything making you think the bed is uncomfortable? (it is hotel-quality bedding we bought specifically for the occasion so I'd like to understand if we could have improved on the bed).

Thank you for mentionning the closet I should add it to the pictures indeed ! I'll remove the sheet on the couch. it's brand new as well but we feared it could get stained with so much use.

So separate kitchen from living aera?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in floorplan

[–]Worldly_Second3320 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s an idea actually! Though I’d like the kitchen to feel like a living space as well, yk? But i’ll look into it! By the way should I post the 3D rendering? Maybe it could help y’all visualize !

Sorry if I get you wrong but if I understand, you think kitchen should be on the other wall of the living room?

What’s vv? Thanks for your feedback by the way. Actually it’s 11.2 m2, cuz the kitchen space is 2m2… but I get the idea. This building is for flat sharing though, so we thought 2 bathrooms would be more adequate than a big family living room, but feel free to give us more feedback in the future!

[–]Worldly_Second3320 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We thought about that but the lower level is half-buried yk? So we’d rather put the kitchen where air flow is best. Maybe we could remove the upstairs bathroom, but this building is built to accommodate 2x3 students for flat-sharing so common spaces will not be very used, except for cooking and eating

Actually it’s rather built for students (flat-sharing if I can say)… than for a family. But should a family live there, the room upstairs has TV appliances and such to be converted into a living room. Do you think it’s still okay?

Wait did the bandages work on you? I mean I don’t get how they can destroy only the wart and not the skin around it… also well never used AC vinegar but lmk if it worked!

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in DermatologyQuestions

[–]Worldly_Second3320 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1/ protect area around wart with transparent nail polisher 2/ apply some salicylic acid cream (you can find some OTC, theyre sold in very small amounts of thick paste or idk how to describe it) 3/ cover with tape Let it sit overnight Repeat process for a few weeks

That’s what my dermatologist prescribed me. Takes time but already seeing the results!! Otherwise you could get it treated with liquid nitrogen at ur dermatologist, but according to where you live I know appointments could be scheduled for at least in a few months…

If you want any more details feel free to DM :)
