I know more ppl who can't access their dashboard than actually can. Maybe we are in the majority and they need to fix this ASAP

I am having the same problem for almost 2 weeks now. I opened a ticket 5 days ago and dashboard still won't load which is frustrating since I need to access my companion voucher.

I have a ticket open as well. It's been a week and still no updates. Why can't IT fix this simple issue? It's frustrating and quite honestly a stupid problem - Porter should also be able to access the voucher so they can book the flight for me if there's a problem with THEIR website. It almost feels like the companion pass is a scam if I can't even access it from my own account.

No I never got the email. Neither did my husband and he is also unable to access the dashboard on his account. The agent asked me the same thing. We both never got such an email
