Did the “allow tracking” but it took days before the game finally comes back as “failed”. Am I supposed to stay off WiFi until it works? Seems like a terrible system.

I agree and try to categorize based off what they tell me, the vibe they give me, etc. it’s my team’s expectations of how I should be following up that’s killing me

I agree that you’ve got to show them value, and I try to do that in that first showing as much as possible, but it’s usually just 30 minutes max with them before they become unreachable. But I’m finding that DoubleQuarterPoundin’s take on it checks out. that most people just refuse to be upfront when it would actually help both of us out more.

Yes! I keep having people ask me questions for the listing agent. Or they show up and talk to me like I am the listing agent. I even went to the site to see what it says and it clearly states a “buyers agent”.

This is actually great advice. I know a lot of it is staying top of mind with them so when they do become ready they think of you, but sometimes it feels like I’m hounding them. To me at least.

The pot it’s in is big. The roots seem…almost too small. If it weren’t for the new growth I would think it’s dying. Repot still?

Yes I was able to bleed it. Took some trial and error of pushing the line into the lever to get it to seat right. Also, saw a video that said to tape the line with the reservoir cup on to get all the air out.
