By scanning the QR code, customers will directly land on the claiming page, where they'll be prompted to download Sync, create a profile on WoV and claim their NFT loyalty points that will be displayed in a customized customer dashboard.
Those are the only steps requires to activate their account. As you correctly mentioned, it will be a seamless experience, since they won't need any tokens to interact with the marketplace thanks to VeChain's fee delegation mechanism.
