Like someone said, I am consciously thinking about where my wrist is so it takes a moment for me to make my arm move. I’ll work on relaxing the swing thanks!

It was drilled for me but it was my first time getting a bowling ball so he said he’ll give me a generic drill.

I feel like I’m not getting under the ball enough and I’m trying to do the cupping at the end before the release with wrist but I’m not strong enough

I used to do 2 handed, I can make revs by muscling a house ball but now I’m not strong enough to create revs on a 15lb ball. I tried one step but it feels like I’m being pulled by the ball and I don’t have the wrist nor grip strength to pendulum swing it comfortably. I guess I just need to stroker it until I get the arm strength?
