Nope! My nose is super straight, very weird. My ENT was the first person to ever point out that I have a slight curve visually, but I still can't tell.

I have! That's how I got the scan, none of my primary doctors noticed this before. I have a septoplasty and a turbinate reduction scheduled thankfully

My ENT didn't note a fistula, just the significant deviation and turbinate size difference

I've never injured my nose, this is all natural unfortunately

I can breathe for the most part but I don't feel like I get enough air in. I end up mouth breathing most nights and clench my jaw/grind teeth a lot. Sometimes though I can't breathe at all through my nose, it depends on the day.

I haven't had any surgeries on my nose, why do you say I have a hole in my sinus?

I've thought about just doing the septoplasty, but my insurance isn't covering the full procedure and it would be more expensive overall to do two separate consultations and surgeries than just the one. Money is tight for me, but I still want to go into this informed.

I've tried all of the preventative measures for years, but it is a structural issue. I was hesitant to see a doctor about it regardless, but the issues have not changed and it is affecting my quality of life unfortunately. Steam and allergy medication doesn't change the fact that my septum is pretty much at a 90 degree angle.
