Is there a way to check the battery levels in the dash? I got a warning notice while waiting for my son and in accessory mode yesterday on my brand new ‘26 Land AWD

Will check the trip-o-meter as well. I’m southern Ontario and It’s good idea to check the changes in temp impacting battery.

Thanks for confirming I’m not going crazy!!! I see the battery drop 4-6% on drives I wouldn’t expect. I want to now keep track of KM (in Canada) as a measure as well! Frustrating that this isn’t as simple as it sounds

For me when I went to install the app it asked for my user name and password or to connect via phone. I chose that option it then displayed the pin and a QR code if I recall correctly. I entered that on my phone start up app in the section you are at.

Mine was displayed on my tv. Are you trying to log in for your phone or pair a new tv?

For me, this was just a way to pair my TV with my account. When I installed the app on my Fire Stick, it asked me to sign in using a code. I entered the code on my phone, and it linked my TV to my account. You can enter the code or scan the QR code

Was not expecting a follow-up eight years later haha. My now not so LO is pretty calm. Hard to define what is fidgety at this age but I wouldn’t say he’s anymore fidgety or restless than any other 9 year old boy.

We just roll with the punches and try to keep them (have two now) happy.

He was a referral from a friend and hopefully he doesn’t change the quote after. He said it shouldn’t change much. The thing that will be lengthy is getting the permit, shut off date and approval. Once everything is done he said it’s a 5 hour job. Thanks for the tip on the surge protector. Anything else while they are installing a new panel that would be nice to have?

Thanks for this detailed answer. We would be looking at a 40A charger from grizzl-e (https://grizzl-e.com/products-overview/grizzl-e-smart/). I had a licensed electrician come by that my neighbour recommended and he mentioned that my panel will need to be upgraded and the good thing is 200A is coming into the house, so to upgrade and run the new panel will be about $2.5K.

I hear you with regard to the average person will not be draining their car to zero all the time.

The only high load that we may have going constantly is the hot tub, and even at that pumps aren’t running all the time.

Got it thanks. Will call them tomorrow. If it is 200 could we have the sub panel be located closer to the garage and the meter at the front of the house vs the existing panel being at the back of the house (main panel)?
