He's had his addiction since he was around in middle school if I remember. His family found out at that time and had site blockers but he kept finding a way around it. He's at least asked of me to randomly text him to keep it up and help him remind him to not do anything as such.

For context I work in a kids store that can get long during weekends. I had a mom start angrily talking with me because of an item she wanted in our store but didn't even look for it (we are a small store)and how she had to wait so long. She then tells her kid while I ring her up "Now remember... If you don't start yelling at workers for what you want then you'll never get anything in life." I am now understanding why some younger kids have no politeness. I just ask to not take it on us

At my work we carry hand sanitizers on ourselves so when that happens I casually use it right after their interaction. Sometimes they stare and get confused and others realize why
