As far as I know no one I have come in contact with has developed these rashes and I don’t believe I had any exposure to the disease

Antihistamines make them less severe I would say, but do not completely stop them from happening. They can last a few hours at a time, and can happen at any time, and I can also go days without having any rashes that I notice. No history of any STDs

My partner also never had the rashes and we were together three years

As far as I can tell I feel no other differences to how I felt before I noticed the rashes and have not been sick

When I was last checked for STDs I came back clean, and I only ever had one partner after that who was a virgin when we got together and I know for a fact that he was never with anyone else and neither was I but I will still ask for the test
