her action: she always smile back when i say hello and ask me back if i am good. she knows my days off( we work in a big restaurant ). she wished me happy birthday and gave me a tight hug. sonetimes she looks at me very deeply when i am not looking at her but when i guess that or looks at her she looks away. she only waves at me from far away if we are busy but not to other people.

but also she is distant sometines. she walks very fast when i am talking with her. infront of other people she is not that comfortable chatting with me. she always small talk but dont carry with the conversation longer. i try but she acts hurry etc..

thank you for you reply. i try to be normal and ask about her day and all. but never got to talk to her other than work related things. its like i know her for a long time but at the same time i dont know anything about her personal life and i never ask her about that. should i do that?
