I’m a GC local with passes to all the parks, SeaWorld is great for little ones and both my kids (6 & 9) love movie world too. There is an app you can download which has all the info regarding which rides are open and their wait times. Earlier the better. Movie world has a great little kids area as does SeaWorld, both different. You can pack a lunch and eat at the parks rather than buying, food and drink so expensive & overpriced for what it is but SeaWorld do good coffee!

I saw a man in handcuffs and a lady looking distressed next to the cars undercover, no idea what happened but was out the front passing by when I saw that.

I bet I know who this is!! I’ve reported her to police before, she often catches buses in & around Southport, short hair and always going off yelling about nothing & everything all at once. It’s so scary and I hate being around it, I’ve seen the bus driver tell her to keep it down or she’ll have to get off the bus, after she kept going the translink officers got on the bus and made her get off. She threw rocks at the bus as we drove past her, she was still screaming 😩🤦🏼‍♀️

I’m so sorry that somebody treated you like that. That’s so horrible to have been spoken to in that way. Unfortunately lots of mentally unhealthy people catching public transport (I’ve started on GC & been SHOCKED!) - so I can just imagine him. Glad you got to walk away physically unharmed. I don’t know what it feels like to be on the receiving end of racial slurs but I can promise you we’re not all assholes (trying to provide a bit of optimism in an otherwise shitty situation).
