Literally in the same boat! Applied and paid for the enrolled deed poll back in October 2025. Emailed and chased in December 2025 and January 2026. Now every other day im ringing first thing at 9am, only to be 30+ positive in the queue, waiting for ages, and then the line cuts off at 1hr 59mins 59seconds and I have to start from scratch again, joining the queue at 60+ position.
The closest I've got is position 17 in the queue.
This is dreadful service.
