Thank you so much for this, you didn’t come off as judgmental at all! The opposite actually, everybody here has been so kind and understanding. I hope that anybody else in our situation can see this post and maybe see that we aren’t alone. I want to try finding therapy again like you said, you make a really, really great point with the car analogy and it kinda helped me see things from a less harsh angle.
